Policy, Shipping & Returns

Each and every pieces of the jewelry in EarringsNation is handmade or hand assembled by us. If the item is imported, it will be listed as imported item in the item description.


If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the Contact Form. Please kindly contact us through the Message if you have opened an account with us, it will be easier to track your Order and messages and hence a faster response. 


We strictly need your exact item require date at check out so that we can judge whether the item can reach to you on time or not. 

Please order only if your wedding date/ item require date is more than One Month away as I need time to make the items and shipping time from Singapore to Overseas take 18 to 25 working business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).


If I receive the order and if I feel that the order won't reach to you on time due to your item require date, I'll be refunding the full amount and cancelling the transaction, or send you a message pending your approval on the date issue, subject to your reply. Please kindly check your Order Message promptly.




Payment shall be through Paypal only. You can use credit or debit card for payment through Paypal, or by simply opening a Paypal account during checkout if you do not already have one. We do not collect your credit card details.

We have our own secured SSL Certificate from GeoTrust, which can be verified at the bottom of each webpage, payment is safe, secured and encrypted.




As all items are handmade/ hand assembled, they are made to order (we will make the item upon order confirmation/receipt of payment) :-


Orders will be processed within

3 to 9 business working days for single item,

5 to 14 business working days for multiple items or customized orders,

from the date of payment received.

Once the order is shipped out from our side, we will key in the Tracking Code by the next working day. You can log in to your account to track the status of your order (Awaiting fulfillment or Shipped). Only Shipped status will have a Tracking Code. Awaiting fulfillment does not have a tracking code yet.

Orders will be sent to your transaction address when you opened an account with us. If you need it to be sent to another address (all items to 1 address only), please key in the shipping address during check out.



Handling fee Per Order (As a base shipping charge) - USD2.80,

Flat rate of USD1.50 per item (all items except Statement Necklace), unless otherwise stated in the Product Item page,

as in Statement Necklace (as it is much heavier), rate of USD$4.50 per item.


Example :

If an Order contains 2 items,

Shipping charge - USD1.50 x 2 items = USD 3.00

Handling fee (as a base shipping)      = USD 2.80

Total Shipping                                 = USD 5.80 per Order



All orders will be sent via Registered air-mail through Singpost ( from Singapore unless upgraded to expedited shipping. From here, it will proceed to your respective national postal service, for eg., in United States, it will USPS. This is a Registered Mail which will require the recipient’s signature upon delivery. - From Singapore to Overseas, delivery will usually take about between 18 to 25 working days. For rare cases it might take between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the country of destination. Delivery time may take longer during the holiday period, customs delays, and any natural disaster like storm or flood, and flight cancellation, etc. These are beyond my control, and I sincerely seek your understanding and patience on this. - Within Singapore : 2 to 3 working days.

Note : We do not ship to South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, and some other countries as the items are frequently lost or take a long time to reach. 



If you do not receive the item by 20 working days from the date posted, please drop us a Message at your Order# by logging in to your account, and we will do the detailed enquiry of the status of your mail with Singpost - Singapore Post Office.

If your purchase is returned to us due to UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY, in which you missed the delivery and also failed subsequently to collect from your local Postal Office within the stipulated time with the Notification form, after which the item may be returned to us due to your non-collection, we will only refund 80% of the item price (exclude shipping charges) as time has been spent for making the items, packing and a trip to post office. The refund will be made only after we have received back the items safely in good condition.

You may wish to upgrade to Expedited Shipping, which will take 2 to 5 working days (excluding Sat/Sun), depending on the flight on destination. Do take note to factor in our item production time needed. This shipping upgrade is applicable to United States, UK, Canada, Australia, Sweden and New Zealand. Please keep in mind that Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees or taxes imposed by the Customs. Customs fees and taxes for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and has totally nothing to do with the SHIPPING COMPANY. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in EarringsNation being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders or processing of the order will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed to us. I am unable to alter the declaration of Custom forms.




As I want happy returning customers, if you're not totally happy with your purchase, exchanges are acceptable (on a case by case basis). 

It is the buyer responsibility to check the item condition, once they arrive to you.

If you have any concern with the items once you received, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. If more than 7 days from receipt of the items or 30 days from date shipped whichever is earlier, there won't be any refund, return or exchange as I assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Lost Items while transit
I will send the replacement if there is enough time for the item to reach to you. If not, there will be full refund inclusive of shipping charges.

As all the mails come with Tracking number, we can track the status of the mail for most countries. If you do not receive the items in 3 weeks time, please contact as ASAP and we'll help you to trace the mail. If you do not receive them by 2 months (except Brazil, Mexico, Italy, South Africa), the item is considered Lost and we'll make the refund.

Broken Items
I can guaranteed that you will never receive the broken items as I (Eaindar) personally pack the items. I always make sure the items are in top conditions before putting them in a box.

In the event that post office mis-handle the item and the item arrived to you in broken condition or is broken by the customer at first try (within 7 days from the date of receipt), please take the photo of the item and send me the convo ASAP. Then send the item back to me after our communication through the Message and I'll repair it for you free of charge. 

If you need the item urgently and there is not enough time, I'll ship the replacement item to you free of charge with normal mail but you still have to send back the broken one back to me.

For Earrings
Strictly NO returns of earrings as I only send brand new pairs of earrings to my customers. I do not send returned earrings to all my customers. As most of my customers purchased the earrings for their weddings which is their important occasion, I only want to send brand new pairs of earrings to them.

For Necklaces/ Bracelets and Rings
There will be 20% restocking fee for returned items.

Custom Orders/Custom Quantities and Same Jewelry pieces purchased in multiple quantities
For custom orders/custom quantities and Jewelry pieces purchased in multiple quantities, I do not accept return or exchange as I need to spend huge amount of time to make them.

If you have any doubt, you can purchase one first to see whether they are the ones that you want or not.

The following items are NON-returnable UNLESS there are defects on the items:

- same item bought in multiple quantities
- items that a customer doesn't like due to his/her personal taste,
expectations on the jewelry's effect on him/her or his/her dresses
after reading the item description and examining the photographs.
- Items that have been worn and damaged due to negligence.
- items bought while on sale
- customized items, including items with customized chain length and customized bridal orders. 
- Wedding Jewelry multiple sets (multiple sets listing)

If you do not receive the item by 3 weeks from the date posted, please convo me and I'll do the detail enquiry of the status of your mail with Singapore Post Office.

In the event that there is an agreement for returning, items shall be returned back to me by Registered Mail in their original condition & packaging, with unused condition. Shipping is non-refundable and buyer has to bear all additional shipping costs (i.e. cost to ship items back to Singapore + cost to ship exchanged items back to you).

Most of our items are made with high quality tarnish resistant plated materials unless otherwise stated.
TARNISH RESISTANT does not mean tarnish free. Our Plated Supplies are meant to last longer than most other Plated Supplies.

As these are FASHION JEWELRY, plated items are not meant to be touched with moisture, sweat, perfume or water.
